This Autumn and Winter we are offering a unique package to help boost you over the cold winter months

10 x 45 minutes sauna sessions. Boosting your immunity, drainage pathways and just generally making you feel good during the cold months! 

A great way to relax if you and a friend need a couple of hours to recharge. While one experiences bliss for an hour in the float tank, the other can relax and detox in our infrared sauna. 

when one session finishes. A 10 minute break with refreshments. Then swap over!

A brand new service which is proving most popular. Experience a 30 minute infared sauna session follow by a 60 minute float. 

The perfect way to relax and each therapy compliments each other greatly. 

 

Enjoy some time out for you. A 40 minute session in our 3man far infared sauna. Perfect for reading, writing, breathework or just plain old relaxing. 

You both can share a 45minute sauna session in our therapy room. Great to unwind after a long week. Endless benefits to this lovely therapy 

We have a relaxing/ reception area for both of you to wait while the other is in session for the hour. In total you will be here approximately 2 1/2 hours. 

Also when coming with a friend, our reiki/float packages and saunas are available. 

please note this option is available from 7pm weekdays and all day Saturdays.

We are offering x2 one hour floats at Go Deep and x2 Reiki sessions with Annie in the cabin at the centre at a reduced price of £150 for 2. We also now have the sauna as an option if you would like to do that instead. 
 

You must come together, and whilst one person floats, the other will have Reiki. Once both treatments are finished they will swap over.

(Please be aware it is only one person in the tank at a time)

Reiki sessions are at the Go Deep float centre in Spridlington. Reiki is usually between 30-45 minutes, with discussion before and after the therapy. Annie tends to work with what she is being told by her guides, and also if there are any areas you would like her to focus on. She uses crystals on the 7 chakras placing them on the body and uses cleansing mists and sprays as well as essential oils throughout the session and her singing bowls. We recommend having Reiki before a float to make your float session even more relaxing!
